"Our daughter, Sydney (9), has always been very strong willed. It's Sydney's way or no way. We thought she was lazy and just didn't want to study, clean her room, or listen to even the simplest instructions. We used all kinds of great incentives for her to want to do well, but absolutely nothing worked. The simplest everyday tasks seemed just too hard! How frustrated I was! There seemed nothing I could do to help my little girl! I knew that she needed some type of help that I could not give her. I had looked into all sorts of things – tutoring, special schools, etc. Nothing seemed to fit. She had already accepted the fact that she was dumb. When I met Dr. Woolf, I liked his approach – rewiring the brain through repetition and requiring the mind to do things completely out of the norm – an intriguing concept. The exercises on the video would challenge all of us. How would Sydney do with this? To keep her attention for just a few minutes was a challenge! Sydney met with her Trainer four days a week. It was a sacrifice for our entire family, but the program came first. She never once complained about going to sessions. It was remarkable. We now have a wonderful daughter who has improved in all areas. She now likes to read, she can actually see a word and spell it out! She actually listens to people when they talk. She says her mind works now. She has a very clean room. She responds the first time I call her. Best of all, my daughter thinks she is smart! She sees things differently, she feels differently, she can now proceed with life knowing she can do anything. It was such a small sacrifice to give my daughter a new life. "

"Matt (13) had all A's in 6th grade, but something happened when he went into Junior High. Before Matt started with Learning Solutions I was attending one of his Jr. High School classes 3-5 times per week and visiting other classes once or twice a week. I know this seems ridiculous, but it was the only thing we could do to keep him in school. I pleaded with teachers for more time or to accept late assignments at full credit. At test time Matt would just give up. It was too frustrating. Even if I or a teacher read and cued him on questions, he would still get so fed up that it was impossible to finish. I would meet him after school and make him bring every book and notebook home. After the summer in Learning Solutions' program and two weeks back in school, there are no complaints from teachers. Instead of just the girls liking him, he gets along with everyone including his brothers. He actually cares and isn't mad all the time. His handwriting has improved, his hygiene is better and his room is cleaner. His attention span has improved the most even with background noise or when other things are going on. Now we have our old Matt back and then some. I cannot speak more highly of Learning Solutions. It is a solution for sure. "

"We have seen many successes with our son, Adam, (12): Building confidence through recognizing the small successes, which in turn became leaps in abilities. Determination and hope. Knowing that there are possibilities even when it seems you've tried everything.
